Hey you should just use velcro, it works great and keeps light in/out. Take a look at our tent, maybe you can get some ideas.

Well, the adhesive has been holding well so far. If I run into problems I might look into sewing the zippers on.

i went crazy attaching mine first i stapled it like crazy everywhere then duct tape to cover the staples
