CFLs, LEDs, Car head lights, street lights doesn't work

LEDs will work but you need alot of them & high powered ones at that. The technology is still only good for leafy greens as far as I'm concerned.

Fluoros have worked for decades, CFLs improve upon them greatly with 'multiple tubes'. It's like having several strip fluoros.

Car lights.... not the greatest as they're typically halogen, which create lots of heat, but also lots of light.
