Okay im goin to start my hydroponic system an i would like some input on my grow space ima make a grow box here in this pic of my space

It 2ft in length and 3ft in with now the main question how tall should it should be im thinkin 3ft high idk any advice would help

Foil is not a good reflector, ask anyone, honest.
Flat white is much better.
The height depends on what you want to do. If your gonna try and turn plants over constantly then I'd split it and have the veg box above your flowering box.
As a guide just measure how much height is gonna be taken up with lights/ hydroponic gear and then add on the height that you want to grow to (obv not 6ft!).
If your using HPS lights you'll need to add another 40cm or so to ensure the lights don't burn the plants when they're fully grown.
Also looks like you're gonna need a good ventilation system in there.

Yeah I'm a big fan of CFLs but lots of people don't like them.
They would'nt need as much of an expensive ventilation system as you can use 12v PC fans and PVC ducting which cuts costs dramatically. You can still handle the 125W bulbs after constant 24hr operation they're that cool.
You should at least give them a try, especially if you have a separate veg chamber.

im thinkin of goin fluors or cfls cuz i cut my space in too a top and bottom both four feet so with hps and mh there will be the heat factor and i dont got money or room for ventalation sry grammar bad

Like I said, I reckon they're really good mate. (CFLs that is).
If you've split your grow area up just try them on your veg chamber first to test them out.
You can vent boxes of your size cheaply and virtually silently (14db) with these:
