hey everyone. i'm plannin on starting in aug so i got plenty of time. i just want to get it right the first time so i'm planning on going all organic with some subcool seeds. i want to veg them to about 2ft to get some big plants and i was thinking 3-4 total. i'm probably going with a 400w mh/hps system. my problem is i need to know how big i should build the grow room. i was thinking 3x3x6 or something. does this sound alright or too small? any tips or suggestions would be great. thanks

nice thanks for the quick reply. you think a 400w is good for 4 plants vegged out? and i know this is going to make me sound like a huge noob but about how wide do the plants get? would it be safe to use 1sq m. per plant? or does it all depend on strain, conditions, etc?

o yeah, i flower and veg 10 or so smaller plants under a 400W...... it will be fine.

how big do you grow your plants out to?

when done, 3 ft ish, but the are lollypopped also (for the most part)......I'm still trying to get the system down....not quite sure what I want to do with it. I keep getting ideas and wanting to try them......

how do you get them to lollypop? trimming or what? is that best do you think or is it better to go strain-specific? sorry about all the questions. you just seem to know your shit !
