i have 2, 42 watt cfl lights and was wondering how much light my week old plant needs??

id say at least 12 hours per day but a little more light wouldnt hurt

if u only give them 12hrs they will flower... they need 18 hrs or more to stay in vegetative growth.. its up to you to decide how long these processes go..

Preferably a week old plant would get either 18 or 24 hours of light. Flowering would not be induced in such a small plant until it has matured enough which if I remember correctly is about 60 days? Correct me if I'm wrong..
