Looking for 2 150 or 250 watt ballasts for a veg/mother chamber (going with 2 because it is a rectangular space), don't mind if they need to be assembled if it will save some money. Any suggestions on where I can find the cheapest ballasts would be greatly appreciated.

Ebay baby, Swamped with old High/low bay lights. You can get waht you need cheap, try to find a seller with a bulk lot so you can buy 2 and only pay for shipping once.
