was gonna sell the digital camera i had but now i will end up keeping it to keep you guys posted and get some advice along the way...
was trying to keep it minimal amount im spending and was trying to do something big but now im gonna start off with just 5 seeds of northern lights

going to try them out first and hopefully get a strong one i can clone the hell out of it...

was trying to do a whole room now im gonna put the rubber maid in the room and start with that maibi use it as a veg chamber after...

so i went to wal mart and spent about 250$ today
bought
2 desk fans
2 rubbermaid 28 gallon
3 bulbs i think where 36 or something heard some one say 27 if your going with the flur there was one like 8 more watts so i bought that one
3 sockets for the bulbs
1 thing of adhesive
1 air purifier
1 bottle of liquid plant food
1 digital thermoniter
1 digital timer
2 packs of cloth towels
2 bottles of activated carbon

i could not find
emergency blankets,ph reader

might start the building today
very excited

will be taking pictures soon as i get a charger for my digital camera
anything else im gonna need than seed pods soil n that stuff i have that stuff round here some where too

do u see any flaws in what i have so far or any advice on my journey?

I would recommend painting the inside of the tubs with Krylon Fusion spray paint. It works great and will be easier than using emergency blankets. I have just recently built on of these. My log is in my signature if you want to check it out. Good luck with the grow!

does it have to be krylon fusion or just any whtie paint?

ok well i got the spray paint today and the rock wool
now i just have to figure what im gonna do with the lighting
i have the socket i cant find something like ragin has for the lights
i might have to get some wiring or use a cell phone charger i dont know if that will produce enough energy to light the bulb

LOL don't go wiring any lights to cell chargers man - the lights require 120v if you're in the US and CFLs have built in ballasts, which means the light itself takes care of how much power it needs.

Save the cell charger for powering any PC fans you may have laying around or can get - you can easily wire the fans to run off a cell charger, or any wall adaptor for that matter (as long as the adaptor's rating is = to or less than the fan's voltage rating). PC fans make excellent exhaust fans for grow's like yours.

if you can't find a vanity light fitting just grab some "Y Bulb Adaptors" - they're like $2ea and allow you to connect 2 CFLs into one lamp holder.

I'm right were you are...I pretty much have everything except for the pc fans and carbon filter. Don't know if you've seen this, but it is an awesome DIY carbon filter. This is what i will be making today:
