I just got this CHM in the mail today and now I am looking to know if it is blown because after wiring and rewiring I still cannot get it to fire.

Well I asked myself that same question so I went and bought a cheap 15.00 HPS and it fired up NP. I contacted the place I bought it from and they sent me another one today. I was amazed at the speed of their support, they already sent the new one out and gave me a tracking #.
