WELL, Did they fix it. Would like to know this is the first I have heard of negative reports on them! I am getting ready to order a flter from them.

They replaced my ballast, forgot about this thread.


It is on the way, but they didn't give me another coolstar (I kinda wanted one) but now the digital ballast but are paying the shipping both ways which makes up for not getting another coolstar. So when you are upgraded and something goes wrong don't expect to get a replacement upgrade.

well they do b/c its a flat shipping rate on ebay whereas the site is specific to where you live. so it could be more, could be less.
