There the best! I bought a 400w switchable ballast and am going to buy a 600 digital this winter.In the next few days will be buying a Elf Can filter. Have used them and other vendors on e-bay and have had no problems. If PayPal checks stuff you buy they never have interfered with me. Been buying off e-bayfor over 4 years, for 90% of the shit I use for growing and needed starting out and always used PayPal, take from that what you will. Just my experience!

I've posted in the other thread about my problem with htg and i will be calling them tomorrow morning on a brand new 250 watt floralux system that went dead within 5 hrs of usage. I thought it was the bulb that was the problem went out to the hydro store bought the exact same light and to my astonishment, the damn thing won't light up...

Got my 600watt mh/hps from them today, didn't work. Calling them tomorrow, gonna find out whats gonna happen then.

I mean they haven't been bad yet, they had a problem but fixed it that day I called on the order (was one order but charged twice)..

How they handle this issue will be on if I use them anymore or not, I spent quite a penny there and planned originally to spend more later on.. but right now, I'm not going to tell this is dealt with.

Yes thank you for keeping the alert issue on these products.. I have heard 2 other people with the same problem so far. I hope they can fix this situation, will call them tomorrow morning pronto....
