I don't think one big fan for the lights and scrubber is the best idea IMHO.
My reasoning is as such.. No matter how large a fan you have when pulling through a carbon filter you will greatly reduce the cfm... You are going to need alot of CFM to cool those lights, more than CFM any carbon filter is rated for. And if you pull too quickly through a carbon filter you will not give it enough time to clean the air...
The light ventatlition will not cause that much Static Pressure so you could maybe choose a Fan(s) with high cfm that dont really handel SP that well.
I had the same dilema when planning my cab so I went with two fans.. a componding reason for me was i plan on using CO2 as well.
My build is still in progress but you can see my choice of fans , filter, exhaust and lighting; the link is in my footer. I am by no means an expert but was in that critical planning phase not too long ago so i feel for you., Sounds like you are spending some real money and would hate to see you decide the planning should have been better... My current fear..
