Ok, so i have been really wanting to grow and come up with this drawing.
The 1st part of the box is where clones will be. It will have 1 fan on each side. Room 2 is where the Veg plants will be, it will have a 250w MH light in it . The refector intake will hook up on the left, the exhuast will hookup to room 3. Room 3 is for the exhaust. it will have a fan coming from room 1, a exaust coming from room 2 and 5 and a exaust bloower to get it out of the box. Room 4 will house all of the electrical equipment. Finally room 5 will be the Flowering room. It will have a 400w HPS light. The Reflector intake will hook up on the right for fresh air and the exhuast will hook up on the left to room 3. I think tahts is it, I have no idea if it will work but i like the design please send your feedback

crazy... it sounds like you have a good ventilation process going on,, and you will need it with all that heat boxed up like that... i suggest buying yourself a big ass whole saw for the project or get a skilled hand with the jig saw
it looks like it will be a fun build,, you should post if you ever get her up and running,, seems like a real handyman project i would be interested in seeing

p.s. if it were me i would have the elctrical (ballasts) out of the built room for a few reasons
1. keep overall heat down in the box - ballasts create a good amount of heat
2. easy access - during your plants dark cycle it would not be good to open the box and let light in if you ever needed to access the ballasts or any of the wiring
3. combination of the first two. if you ever had a problem with heat and somehow things got started on fire the box would be separating that fire from your plants giving you more time to put out the more easily accessible ballast and or wiring fire.

Thanks, i really needed the positive feedback. I wanna gather everything i need before i start. This is going to be my first grow and i wanna do it big, and I have been reading alot on here and everyone stresses the ventilation.

heat stress is most likely the #1 killer,,, and that is usually due to poor ventilation... especially with grow boxes like yours... at least when you are running a grow room you can walk into it and say "wow! this is too hot" and than do something about it. If you do not closely monitor the heat and humidity levels in your box you will not know what it feels like inside so i would also suggest a thermometer and something to measure the humidex

ya maybe i will do something else with that spot. I might even just put the hydro equipment there.

if you wanted to go all the way and monitor temp in each seperate room i know they have these things that will wirelessly transmit temperature from several remote areas to one central reporting station that will also keep temperature in the room its in. The one i have supports up to 3 remote locations plus the central station... i will see if i can find a website with a similar or the same product and i will post

why not have the clone/veg room as one? i mean the clones are going to be in veg till you move them to flower correct???
