Are you worried about an electrical fire? Or fire from the heat of your lamp? Keep in mind that the ignition point of paper is 450+ degrees Fahrenheit, wood is about 900 degrees. Floros don't put nearly that much heat out, even at 400 watts.
And no, don't put any water spraying systems in a box full of electrical items lol.. You can get stove top "Fire stop" chemical fire suppressant canisters for about 30 bucks at walmart. They activate when there's too much heat (not sure how much heat though, you'll need to read the label to make sure the heat from your lights won't activate them, they make a huge fucking mess, but it's better than a burned down house.)
