Question Need some feedback THANKS!
The Space:
I have about a 2 foot area with 2 plants - completely surrounded by white walls and white posterboard - I have no fans but vent holes so air can get in/out. runs 75-85 f. havent checked humidity.
The Lights:
I have 2 26 w cfl's and one 42 w cfl for a total of about 6000 lumens, lights are a couple inches away from plants. They are one 24/7 with a few hours rest every couple days
The Soil:
I used Miracle Gro soil with 3 months nutrients in it, it was all i could find at my local store. havent checked ph.
Water:
Tap sat for a couple days.
The Plants:
Bag weed could be from mids (most likely) to haze (least likely) started germ on 4/20 so they're one week old and about and inch and a half tall, one looks bigger and the smaller ones leaves are curling down ( i may hav overwatered?)

Feedback would be great. what do u guys think?
also i dint have space for some germinating seeds in my tiny stealth grow room so im looking for advice for transplanting outside. I dont feel good about the male/female scenario: i chose the two fastest growing seeds for my indoor op so lets pray they are girls (atleast one) what are the chances of me getting both males .25 ? ugh.

It sounds like you are looking good. My only suggestion is to get a ph meter. ASAP. Ph is a cornerstone of growing. You might get lucky and your tap water is the perfect ph, but if it isn't you are asking for a world of trouble and headaches. Spent a few bucks. Look on eBay, they are cheap. Without it you are really flying in the dark and diagnosing problems is MUCH more dicey.

Good luck!

Air flow is very important. The four legs of growing are lights, water, nutrients, and air movement....and not necessarily in that order, lol.

If temps are fine then at the very least get a little oscillating fan blowing in the area itself. You need it for a few reasons, but it's important.

Thanks..got a small fan so my 2 seedlings are constantly swaying slightly which should strengthen the stems and roots..added 2 holes in the top of my grow box so heat can escape out the top..picked up a powerstrip and some y adaptors for a better lighting setup..and added an ott light 17 w 950 lumens to get the full light spectrum in there..my 2 26's and 42 are soft white. so i have a total of 6875 lumens for about 2 and a half square feet..fan took up some space..i need a new thermometer ( says my house is 80 when the thermostat says it 67 so my temps might not be as much a problem as i thought they might have been. (reached 90 quickley when i put the lid on my grow box and sed 80 with no cover) it def wasnt 80 in my house. thinking about getting another y adaptor and 2 more 26's for flowering.

They look good... one has much broader leaves and a lighter color - the other has darker pointier skinnier leaves...any ideas what these strains could resemble? they are 8 days old from when i began germinating and are 2 innches tall.

I need a thermometer stat its gonna bug me not knowing what the temps at..but they should be fine.. weathers nice and my house always stays a comfy temp..plus box runs hotter. evrr since i germinated those things ive looked at them as an extension of myself..first thing i think about when i wake up in the morining and the first thing i check when i get home.. ONly God could design such a miraculouos plant.

Good luck and thanks for all your help i wouldnt know shit if it werent for this forum

Wow, sounds like some big improvements!

This is from the FAQ at A Smokers Guide to Amsterdam, marijuana, cannabis and drug guide. :

10. "What is the difference between Indica & Sativa?"
Indica and Sativa are both cannabis strains. Indicas are notably squatter with wide leaves and with more crystals while Sativa has much more elongated leaves with its crystals kept in the core.

Indicas are much more heavier than sativas. The high is more of a body stoned effect versus a more cerebral high from sativa. Many feel that Indica is going to make them sleepier, while Sativa gets you UP... Indicas are easier to grow, Sativas are tougher, but well worth it.
