You can always put in a 240v circuit. Breaker is 8-10,outlet is 5-8,and the wire is 70.00 all at home depot. If you have the digital ballast you will need to ONLY bring a ground wire and two hot leads from your electrical panel. No neutral wire.

Yeah 80-90. If you don't know what your doing tho I suggest you search online "how to wire 240" as this can and will kill you if you screw up.

I had to switch from a gas hot water heater to an electric 240. All info was found online.
