Default rubbermaid growbox/lighting Questions

I am going to build a growbox out of 2 large rubbermaid containers and was wondering if there's any sort of fire hazzard w/ them. I'm going to use CFL's and it's in my attic so it'll be surrounded by insulation. I'm feeling a CFL that's been on all day and it's not very hot, but I was just wondering if it would be something to worry about in a confined space. I will have 1 intake and 1 exhaust fan.
I also was wondering how many lights I need for 2 plants in here. I was thinking 2 on top and 2 on each side. Would that be enough?

If you don't ventilate, of course you're going to have heat issues along with unhappy plants.

You wont know until you try it out. Once you fine tune things in your test runs which could take a while. Ex/ you have to order a bigger fan online. Its best to not have plants involved during setup.

Yeah, I think I should be fine w/ the heat the bulbs put off, the only thing i'm worried about now is the intake heat. My grow is going to be in my attic which gets very hot during the summer, probably somewhere around 90 degrees.

Do you have central AC? If so you can cut a hole in one of the duct lines and attach another line( like a dryer vent line) and feed some cool air to the intake vent.

Im not saying attach it to the intake hole, cause thats to cold but blow some air torwards the hole and you should be good. A guy named dave1g or g1 put up a post of his rubbermaid and it works great , check it out at least for a reference

Yeah thanks. I thought about that, but it's going to be difficult to run a hose all the way over to the corner. I could just hide it in the insulation though. It's in my parents house so it's super risky, but I really want somehting to hold me over until my outdoor plants are done. If the air flow goes down, my dad might go up there to try to adjust it and then I might be fucked becaue of the smell. I dont think he'll see it because it's in a dark corner and will have a black tarp blocking it.
