So I was sitting here thinking of how Cooltubes were nothing but trouble. And then I thought up this, and this could just be me being totally high, but I was thinking of putting a 6' duct w/ inline fan hooked into the side of my grow box thing, the light sits 2' feet from the plants but I was wondering, will this get the heat most effectively and create new airflow consistently around the plants?

And what makes you think that cooltubes are trouble. If i would have not made one for my light i would never have been able to get my temps under control. They work perfectly if done right and it only costs like 20$ in materials to make and they are not trouble at all. A cool tube will even allow you to get the light closer to your plants than not having one.
