About to start construction on my first stealth grow

I have read the tutorials, I have ordered the seeds, and now I'm about to prepare the temple. Using this as a template

I've gotten myself a piece of furniture on craigslist and drawn a rough sketch of how I want the layout to look. Here's the dresser I have that I put through paint and overlayed what I plan to do.

First, the whole inside will be covered in white panda film as in the HMJ article. In my picture below, I marked which chambers will be for what (Flower, Veg), with each letter representing one plant. So this will be a four plant perpetual stealth grow (I know it'd be ideal to have 1 mother w/ 2 vegging at all times, hopefully there will end up being enough space for this). For veg lamps I'm going to get 2 of these

Maybe 3 but I think I'll be good with 2 and I can always just upgrade the bulb, one each focused directly about 6" from the top of each plant. This will provide approx. 46 W per sq ft to each, just slightly under the widely recommended 50W/sq ft. In my pic, the red squares with the black circles inside are 4 inch fans blowing air into the chamber. The grey thing in the bottom left is a 4 inch carbon scrubber with venting up to above the top drawer area. This top drawer area will also be where the power supply units for the fans will go. I know that it's extremely important to keep the light periods of the veg and flower areas completely separated, and I'll do this by separating the area off with wood and caulk to make it air tight as well as caulking around all the other points of contact so that the carbon filter effect will be maximized (will keep continuous airflow with light traps/heavy black cloth).

Hopefully I can find some free/cheap fans but if not i have this to fall back on , each fan will be positioned slightly below the center of each plant with a slight upward tilt so that when they start out it wont be too windy but by full growth the fan will blow directly on the plant. The four fans together will be putting in 176 cubic feet of air per minute, 88 cfm on the top and 88 on the bottom.

I'm also going to build a DIY filter using this as a guide

https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/7074-easy-build-diy-carbon-filter.html

Which as far as I can guesstimate will filter about 50-150 cfm, maybe 200 w/ some more filter and higher powered fan. Either way, all the air inside my little growing are should be completely recycled and scrubbed about every 5-10 min when the system is on, so I think it'd be better to have it on a schedule like top 2 on 3 hrs, bottom 2 on 3 hrs, filter runs 24/7. Any input on fan placement and good prices on small, cheap fans? Even the ones I'm looking I feel are overkill with the cfm they put out, but everyone always says that one of the most important things to small space/large yield plants is good airflow and this would definitely provide that.

Pretty sure I'm going to use soil with this first grow, but I am looking into easy hydro setups from reservoirs, anyone know of a good tutorial with similar size to mine?

For flowering I have a 400w HPS w/ a reflector that fits with a comfortable margin in the dresser and provides about 154W per sq ft (so veg will be under 50w/sq ft and flower will be 3 times 50w/sq ft, this isn't a problem right? I assume it'll just make them grow like crazy when they switch from so-so CFLs to powerful HID light :)). I'll probably secure the reflector/lamp with a couple of screws and chains and clips so I can adjust the height if needed. I also plan to use the scrog method on this grow using this

http://forum.grasscity.com/plant-training/48363-scrog-method.html

and this

https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/131013-master-kush-scrog-150w-hps.html

as my guides. My seeds are on the way from a site recommended often here on rollitup, 5 fem Northern Lights. When they arrive I will start a grow journal .
I also don't have all of the necessary tools to build this yet so I' thinking of ordering this

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001GUDRI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

I think that will be enough to do most of what I need (cutting wood), but would a drill be better? Thanks for taking the time to read this, I'm definitely open to input and suggestions can't wait to get this baby built!

tl;dr -- Need some advice on my stealth grow
