what else does the growroom need?? 1 pic.

Ok so tell me what else I need. My goal is to get around 6 more 100watt CFL's but i'm low on cash and not even growing yet so i have the time, tell me what else i need PLEASE i want to produce some decent bud on my first grow!!!!

Lights:- 1 New Wave 96W 2FT - 4 Lamp T5 fluorescent grow light produces 8000 lumens with 6500 Kelvin & 3000 Kelvin lamps, 2 reg 100watt CFL's from home depot. (as I said, "The goal is a total 8 100Watt CFL's and the T5 to make Lumens:-20,800 and Wattage:-280. but i am low on cash so we will wait!)

Lumens:-11,200.
Wattage:-142.

Pic 1:-What it looked like with CFL reflectors on.

Pic 2:- With reflectors off of the CFL's and added around the bucket to reflect without losing 8 1/2" from the T5.

(ALSO:- the closet stays around 70f-80f and constent humidty 60-70%
