10 x 10 Grow Room

I am about to increase my room to 10x10 for flower. I will be using 4 600w. Each one over a 4x3 flood table. plenty of room to work. Trying to set it up like Al B Fuct

don't store bud outside. you want to store it in glass jars in a dark place that is 70-75 degrees and 50-60% humidity. gotta remember that a 8 lamp 4' T5 fixture uses as much electricity as a 400w ballast. they also produce heat that has to be cooled by ac units. just something to think about.

i don't know anything about squash. sorry bud. if you feel safe about where they will be planted then go for it.

Hey Phil, in the seventh picture are the plants in the orange pots and the plants in the black pots the same age as eachother? The ones in the black pots seem to be yeilding more. Or does it look that way cuz the ones on the left are sativa dom. and the ones on the right are indica dom.?

any dehumidifier you buy should have a digital control setting that allows you to adjust the humidity levels in the room. also get yourself a thermometer/hygrometer and place the probe under the lights on the plant canopy. this is where you want to measure the temps and humidity in your room. you may need to adjust the thermostat or humidistat on your units to compensate for differences in the actual plant areas.

2 1000w lights will not cover a lot of space. basically a 10x5 area which is cool but less than 6 400's and 4 600's. that leaves you plenty of room for other equipment and to work and move plants around. you aren't going to get 25 plants under them unless you are growing really small plants and in that case 1000w lights would be a waste because you don't need the intensity of tose bulbs to penetrate the canopy.

there is a lot of great info and people on this forum. just gotta learn how to access it. the whole setup phase is sometimes overwhelming but you have a few guys here who've got a lot of experience in it. feel free to ask whatever questions. if you give me an idea of the room layout i'll mock up a floorplan for you and give you a list of items to think about purchasing. i'll even help you get the electrical laid out as well as try and help you with grow style and nutrients.

we'll get you growing some monsters soon enough...

no, they were bout 4-5 weeks apart. the orange pots are 7 gallon and the black ones 5 gallon. i was just testing out the orange pots to see if it increased the yield at all by having a bigger pot. i don't remember the exact timing of that picture but i think the black pots were about 50 days into flower and the orange pots were about 20 days in.

these are some pics of the girls in the orange pots around day 45 or so. i actually just harvested them. they are drying right now.
