Ventilation question

you should use a air exchanger ...that give fresh air and keep the same temperature in the room area

You could also use a speed controller for the intake fan, so your oscillating fans would keep air from being stagnant. As far as hepa filtering for your intake, they make one for multiple size ducting. I use the carbon type for odor, but the hepa is Blue.

Could use an 8" passive intake. I use 2-6" for a 10x12 room.

Heat the space outside the intake.

Does each row of lights have it's own fan?

Yes get an air exchange. What I use as screens for my intake is your know the filters they use for heaters. It is really cheap and for a 6 inch intake hole I can cut four pieces out of it. i change out when it looks like it is needed.
