I'm looking for the most cost effective way to build a building of some sort to house 98 plants. It's a legal grow-op so stealth is not important. Hydro seems like the most efficient method space and time wise. I did want to know what would be the best hydro system for this setup.

There is a guy in my town that professionally builds grow rooms, so that is an option.

I live on Vancouver Island to give you an idea of the climate.

shit im thinkin something along the lines of x2 10x10 rooms x4 600w+ 8 100w reptile MVB in each so a total of x8 600w and x16 MVBs then at least x2 600 for veg and a 6 or 8 bulb t5 for propagations and probably another 6x6 room.

then you gonna need ventilation big hood ect. you gonna need some space. this is for about 30-40 plants in each 10x10 SOG 5-10 gal pots.

I had a 50 plant soil grow and have done a ton of research in the past.

if cost and simplicity are concerns , NFT is a good system to use for large grows
NFT would require minimum cost and parts compared to many other systems including DWC which would require a lot of air stones
and connecting feed lines and air pumps to grow 98 plants and possibly lots and lots of individual buckets

using NFT this could be done with a single pump and 0 airstones or perhaps 2 or 3 large purpose built systems holding 40 or so plants each

this guy made this outdoor nft system out of scraps minimal cost simple system that will produce very fast high yields
