Default Baby Pandas or was it Light Design Question

What's happenin Rollitup? Hows the kids, wife still a bizatch? Anywho I have two possible grow rooms. One is 8x11 and the other is 12x12. I'm gonna say my cut off for electricity usage is 2400w. I plan to grow cheese which has a yield of 700 grams per meter squared. So I was wondering the best possible light arrangement. At first I was going to use 4 600w hps and just use the 12x12 room but now I'm thinking maybe I should have a veg and a grow room and use 2 400w hps in the 8x11 and 3 400w hps in the other room.

The less electricity the better, but overall I really am aiming for 2 pounds by the second harvest and 3 pounds would be very glorious. Any suggestions?

4 x 4 area for 600's if your really good you can get 1 gram per watt but your doing alright with .5 gram per watt you can do an 8x10 and have a two foot walk way for watering n shit and a veg room is a plus you can harvest half the grow per month and have a 400-600 watt in a 4x4-5x5 veg room with a smaller room for mother plants and you'll be doing great you can even get over 1 gram per watt but you need to be great first

and since you have a thing for pandas you should buid a frame 8x10 with 2x4's or 2x3's and line it with panda film its the cheapest not really the best but close the best is sheet rock it properly and use either flat white paint or mylar put up without wrinkleing it the panda film has slightly less reflection than flat white paint but I think it comes in 3rd place but its the best for your time and money it takes 1-3 days to sheet rock it but the panda film only takes a couple hours watch jorge cervantes grow videos their on youtube he basically shows you how bob villa style lol

Haha good call on the panda film, but I think I got everything else down. ex: how to set up the rest of the room, what fans to use etc. I really just wanna know if anyone has any good ideas on either 400w or 600w lights to use. My cap is 2400w but I kinda want it more around 2000w. I'm thinking 2 400w in the flower room and two 600w in the veg room. Anybody have any advice?

you can have two 600w lights for flower and 1 400w light for veg you need more light for flower and for a fan and filter you need to measure cubic feet of your grow cause the fans are rated cfm (cubic feet per minute) and you want one that can clear your room in atleast 5 minutes a little more is better

I use 2 400s for veg, 4 600s for flower. I would try to bump the flower lights up a little. why not the 600s in flower

    no doubt
cfls work for small grow areas or beginners but hid is way to go to get decent yields
