yeah the shelf isnt attached it slidesright out. Just two boards laying across there.
I couldn't see anyway to leave it in. I was considering bubble ponics on one side and taking out the the shelves on the other side. The bottom one anyway because is floor to ceiling up the wall.Mom on the bottom and clones on the top.Threes no light in there so I can't get a good PC of it.

That space will not work unless you build a wall to split the closet. Have 2 separate lights which will heat up both areas veg/bloom. Plus you'll need 2 intake and exhaust fans and as for soil for moms I use a 3" or 4" rock wool cube on top of a 6" rock wool cube.

Now that sounds like a plan. I'm already going to vent out, straight up into the attic. I'm going to have to run some power down from the attic, but its not anything I can't handle. i just want to go perpetual, but it all has to stay in the closet. The room is occupied by my dogs, I'll be damned if I'm gonna lose it all when they get hungry or playful! LOL
Want to get some old solid doors I can hang up there and vent in them and then out up through the attic.

If you have an electrical outlet near the closet, use it with a heavy duty surge protector. Venting hasn't been a issue because the whole room would be dark/light based on the closet you could leave it open, unless you plan to do as you were say (clone/veg/flower) then you would have to look at a way to chamber the closet.

it goes about 3 feet out on both sides from the PC you see up there. I think a storage container/hydro setup could sit off to one side with about 6 or 8 plants and then a make shift slide in wall would be enough to separate it.
