How much did it cost to upgrade the power and what is required to upgrade it, do you think me having 4 x 1000 watt in a room running on separate breakers would require it to get upgraded?

Totally depends on how much service you have to begin with. This one is on dedicated 240v 50amp service. You get better efficiency out of 240v. Just a piece of cardboard with zipties to hold the excess 6 - 7 feet of ducting together (to keep it from flopping around). In case I want to move the fan/filter, I won't have to add more duct work.
