Trying this again

Ive had a couple grows that I started but I never got to finish them. Now im settled and ready to start growing again. So im back. First of all I need to master my set up. Im working with a indoor tent not that big , fox farm happy frog soil and fox farm bloom nutes with a 150w hps this is all I have as of right now. I lost a lot of other things I had due to stopping the grow. I will post the specs of the set up below.

Grow tent specs:
Dimensions: 1'4"x1'4"x3'11",
approximately 16" x 16" x 4'
40x40x120cm

150w Hps

This is pretty much all I have ready to grow. I need help with recommendations on good air flow and things that would help my grow. All help is appreciated. Im trying to yield a qp or more but knowing the space a qp is pretty good

Im not sure. I was looking at sea of gods and havent made my mind up
