Question Rpughed in basement bathroom- Lacy's hubby needs help please!!!!

Hey peeps,
Hubby and I are busy trying to finish off this grow room before he has to go back to work. We've put up some more drywall, hubby did all the electrical the other day but we are wondering about our roughed in bathroom.

Hubby wants to know if anyone knows about roughed in bathrooms. Its a 2 piece and has a big pipe for the toilet, one for the sink and then a big black pipe coming up from the corner near these. Its about 3 feet tall and about 2 inches in diameter.

Would this be a stink pipe?

We would like to know because we need to have a plan for ventilation.

I guess a picture would help. We has been working in there all morning so its a bit messy right now

I'll take a picture of what I mean.

Any help would really be appreciated.

The 4'' pipe is your waste .. an 1 1/2'' pvc will be a vent But will also be a drain too all sinks , toilets and whatnot are vented
