hi i have a room that is 2m w x 3m L x 2.4m h how meany light could i have in that room and what it the stuf u put up on the walls??

Welcome to the forum. A lot of what you do as far as lights and things go have to do with setting up your physical plant. For a room that size you will want to plan electric, air handling, plumbing and sewer systems and this can take up some space.
The 'stuff on the walls could be 'Panda Plastic' or Mylar depending on whose walls. Both are commonly available at hydro shops.
When you are planninf\g your layout remember A Grow Room with no room to work is a pain in the ass. VV
