Question on fans

Could two 6" 350 cfm duct booster fans perform about the same as one 170 CFM cheap inline.

Not even close. Duct booster fans are fine if there's no static pressure. But using a filter u will want to go with a inline. I would rec vortex 4" but those r about 140. Valueline would also work but at lower cfms then advertised.
