Just a gentle thought here. Has anyone had a good play with LED lighting? From what I read in High Times they're saying that their 90 watt "saucer" gives an equiv of a 400 watt HPS setup. From what I could see there appeared to be a mixture of red and blue LEDs in the device that with a bit of tinkering should be able to give one the spectrum to grow veg or bud. At a projected running cost of less than 25% than the HPS system, one would think that it would have to be a go. Any thoughts anyone? We've just got to win this war!!!  |
