Hows it going! Are you at home sitting in front of your computer screen smoking a bowl and board as hell? Well have I got the solution for you! Its a tale of epic proportions, so without further further adieu, lets join up with the hero of our story!

Lol ok all joking aside, I just finished my first grow yesterday (with a few issues) and I am very exited to start my next grow to put all this good knowledge I've gained to good use. Well, whats a new grow with out a bran new shiny cab to go along with it? As you will see in the pictures below, it's a large sturdy wardrobe that has one large cabinet, one small cabinet, and 4 drawers. It will have a space for veg made out of where the section with the drawers. A space for flower in the large cabinet. The small cabinet will house nutes, most of the electrical, and misc. stuff. The veg space is 14"x22"x49" and will have an adjustable reflector/roof. It will have a passive intake and a 6" fan as an exhaust. The plant will be vegging under 4 45w 6500k bulbs. The flowering space will be 20"x22"x61". It will have a 7" duct fan that I am making from a stove exhaust fan and some 7" ducting, the fan runs at 3000rpm, it will also have a passive intake. The plant will be flowering under 6 40w 2700k and 4 42w 2700k (28,000 lumens total) and grown ScrOG. That's all the details that I'll bore you guys with for now, progress may not be fast, now on to some pictures.

The veg side, the fronts of the drawers will be combined to make a cabinet door.

ScrOG screen.

The duct fan project.

cool man! I ll make a journal of a new project of mine, I will be trying out LED in an old dresser I had from the previous owner in my basement. I sort of convert the drawers into a door... smaller than your cabinet there but I think it will be really nice. --------> http://ledbudguy.com/showthread.php/1313-Stealth-Dresser-with-FERO-180-4G-LED-Grow-Light

One thing, I think you want to hook your fan through an adapter 12Volt... not just with the cord like on your picture... I am not sure though but it seems like fire hazard! I did mine following a tutorial I found online on some other website... anyway, good luck!

The fan is from an overhead stove exhaust, so it does not run on DC, there for no need to run a 12v adapter. Your probably thinking of something like a PC fan which runs off of DC. The wiring on the fan is not permanent! Do not think I would build something like that. I had it wired that way to see if the fan would spin in different direction according to polarity, but it wouldn't. If plans go correctly then I'll have it wired to a switch and breaker. Keep the question coming, I will update when I updates. Stay high.

that seems to be pretty popular (the triple Y-4 bulb fixture). I might have to try it when i start flowering. Right now my plants are less than an inch from the lights and i cant raise them though haha.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, told you progress was going to be slow lol. Just had my birthday a few weeks ago then came Halloween. This weekend I will get the Veg space finished up (hopefully lol). I need to mount the door, cut a hole for the exhaust fan and passive intake, drill the holes for the wiring. Also the 3x "Y" adapters are too wide with my 45w bulbs in the veg space so I am using the 4 bulb adapter because it holds the bulbs closer together. I have done a few things to update you with though. I'll let the pictures do the talking.

depending on where you mount your exhaust you're probably gonna have to remove the reflector to get good air flow. just a thought, otherwise looks good.

Thanks for the complements and the like. The forward most section of the reflector doesn't go all the way to the front, there is about a 4x11" space that is left for air flow. If that isn't enough I'm going to cut the rear section to mimic the front and that should do it.

ah okay. Good plan, still you might end up wanting to take it off. I'd like to use reflectors but with how close cfl's tend to get it just creates a little heat pocket between the lights and plants if you dont have AMAZING air flow. just a heads up :P. Can't wait to see this thing with plants. I kinda stole some ideas from you if you want to see how they're working ;)

So I finally finished the veg side of the cab, there where a few delays due to my dog getting sick for a week. It turned out good, but not as good as I hoped because it was finished in a rush. Questions and comments welcome! Happy smoke'n :bigjoint:
