im having a bit of trouble picking a fan, started out looking at 4 inch , then realised for my room, with hps, it wont be enough......so i looked at an 8 inch 750m3h fans, ive been advised they are noisy, so.....maybe a 6 inch ?
the fans going to be mounted 12 foot away from the actual lamp head and on the other end of the ducting , there are NO bends.
room is only 3sq meters in size and the lamps going to be a 400 hps.
ive got the 6" rvks fan (452 cfm) and once the filter and acoustic ducting is added you can barely here it, i would def go with acoustic ducting makes a huge difference

the exhaust is already installed, part of the OLD now removed heating system, and its a non flexible pipe.
i don't need a filter because the vent is on the roof.....
