Moving apartments to start a Med Grow (plz help)

First thing you'll want to check is how many separate circuits the apartment has and take special note of any 240v ones. Open up the breaker panel and see how big the main breaker is and how many 15/20 amp breakers there are.

2000w requires only 2 circuits at 120v so worst case scenario is you'll have to run one extension cord from another part of the apartment into your grow room. If you end up doing this, cut the extension cord to length and redo the connector - don't leave a big coiled up extension cord in the room. It defeats the purpose.

Im in a 70's style one bedroom apt running around 2500 watts. No problems so far. You should be fine.

I live in a apartment too. First thing, find out if you can grow there. Chances are you can't. Don't want to ask your landlord cause either you won't get the apartment or their gonna wait to catch you and kick you out and collect on the lease you broke. If that's not a issue for you then go for it. You should be fine with your electrical question though. Something to note is gonna be your odor. I grow 1-2 at a time in my closet with cfl's. You can smell it inside and faintly outside. Oh yeah, my clothes stink too lol. Good luck bro, be careful.

Im doing this in Canada tho and with a med grow you need to have your landlord sign saying that he knows you're doing this

also id appreciate if you could post some links to a setup that would help me maximize my yield

I would do ScrOG. Right now I'm setting up a vertical one but either type works.
