Enough light for these? (PICS)

I have 9 seedlings under four 26W CFL's. But they seem to be stretching out a bit. This is my first grow so I still don't know what is considered normal and what isn't. How long can I let them go under this amount of light? I can always add a few more CFL's I guess. Although I have a 400W MH/HPS for veg/flower. My cab is VERY small, 35"(L)x17"(W)x5.6'(T). So needless to say 2...MAYBE 3 plants is all I'm gonna have room for. I worry I am not going to be able to sex all 9 plants before I run out of space for them.

The pic with nothing in the cab but my cat and inline fan is to show how little floor space I have.

they look normal - get the lights as close as you can & a few more CFLs wont hurt.the cfls will be fine for up to a month.(you could do a whole grow w/ them)
if you have to give up a few plants before you can sex them,the tallest ones are usually male.
