I'm picking up the insulation board today, so hopefully it'll work... would have never thought that I would get to powerful of a fan, haha!

yeah right? well when your running just film as your walls and no board behind them for support i suppose it makes sense i mean the intake hole can only let so much in so no matter what you do there is going to be negative pressure lol only way around it is stiffen up the side walls

The cabinet has stiff walls. If you take a look the link for my cab is in my sig, just the door was made with the poly. The fan actually sucked my mylar off the walls to... air was getting behind it I guess.
