Need Help setting up TenT 4x4 TENT PLEEASE HELP!!

Hi stoners. I have Nine clones vegging in my closet under 400 watts of cfl light, and I'm trying to get my tent setup so I can put them under my 600 watt hps, and began flowering next month. My room is 4x4, my grow table is 3x3 and my resovoir sits under it. I have an osolating fan, thats about 3ft tall, and an 6in ductfan attached to my light blowing out the tent. My clones will be in 2 gallon buckets, and fed by my custom built drip system. I'm using Hydroton for grow media, but my clones are currently in dirt. I've been using General Hydroponics. gro, and micro, nutrients, and I got some b1 and superthrive for the transplant shock, for when I move them from the closet to the tent. The problem with my last grow, was that the average tempature, in my tent when the light was on, was about 90degrees F. I want to lower it to about 75 - 80, without spend too much money. Please help, all advice is apprectiated
