AlaskanDaze's First Stealth Closet Grow


Welcome to my first closet grow, well ok my first grow. I have posted my grow in the "Grow Journal" forum but I thought it might be helpful for me or you guys if posted a link here also.

I went into pretty good detail about my grow closet in my journal and I feel like its worth taking a look at! Here is a link! AlaskanDaze's Grow Closet

Well here is a little taste of what can be found in my grow journal!

Basically my grow room is 2 feet deep 5 feet wide and 7 feet tall. It is split in two. One section has a 400w HPS for flowering and the other has 2 four foot long shop lights. The ventilation consists of a jumble of computer fans, small clamp fans and a four inch Vortex fan connected to a carbon filter!

That's a pretty dope setup! Is that a closet door behind a closet door? Tell us the history of that little stealth room. Also, what's that you've got going on with the 3 case fans attached to that brown box. More pics!

i'm guessin that the cpu fans go to a carbon scrubber or its just his exaust.

Thanks for checking this out!

jcommerce- yes that is a door behind my closet door! I built a frame out of 2x4s that fits right into the frame of the original door! Its pretty slick! And those three cpu fans in the box are air intakes for the room!

You should check out my grow journal! I wrote out a pretty detailed description of my closet and there are way more pictures also!

whatapothead- like I said above the cpu fans are just air intakes. I wanted to put fans on the intake just to help move more air into the room. I also wanted them connected directly to the air intake so that I wouldn't have any smelly air leaking out of my room unfiltered! I do have a carbon filter in the room which the vortex fan is connected to. Check out my grow journal I explain it a lot more!
