grow tent a lil cool

Sup guys first post here

My DIY grow tent's dimensions are 3.5' x 3.5' x 5'
Running a 400 hps with a cooltube and 6" inline exhaust
Basically the tent is in the basement where it's nice and cool but i'm thinking it might be a bit too chilly.

With everything up and running temps are 79F w/35% RH
I've disconnected the cooltube from the exhaust and had the fan taking air from the top of the tent, but this is as hot as it gets

With everything off, temps are about 70F
I'm pretty sure if I tinker with lighting schedules with the time of day that I won't have to worry about offtime temps

I know mid 80's are ideal but will 79F be fine for starting my first grow? Spring's rolling in and I expect my basement's temp to even out once Summer is here. I'm probably going to give it a go anyways and see what happens.

i thought 70-80f are the ideal temps for growing cannabis?
