Size of fans....PLZ advise......

Well I have bought a 2x4x7 dark room tent and my 400 watt light should arrive any day. Now it's time to see about fans. I hear the can fans aren't worth a nickel and that inline fans are the way to go. Yes?? What would be the correct size and cfm'sfor intake and exhaust. I do have a air-cooled light that I will be ducting for heat but need an idea on fans. Thanks everyone......Peace...

from what i know, u multiply the room dimensions so you have a room now thats 2x4x7 meaning u have 56cubic feet in there. so u need a small fan that can move that air out in about a min. so a fan of atleast 56CFM = cubic feet a minute is what u need. inlines are the way plus im not sure if they make them that tiny k good luck
