Does anybody have any ideas of how i can Make This?

Im running out of smooth ideas to build this exhaust situation ive been dealing with. I have a portable a/c in a partially sealed grow room that will eventually pull air out through its exhaust and leak smell. Ive thought of an idea which ive drawn on the paper picture below to purify the air before it leaves the room by running it into a air sealed box and then being sucked out by a carbon filter>inline . I also would like to put some sort of door on it while retaining its air sealed status so it can double as an A/C exhaust purifier and an exhaust for my room when its cool enough to turn off the A/C. Im in need of council.

If the intake air the a/c unit if being filtered then any air it blows out of the room should be odorless. Or you can make a buffer box with a separate exhaust pulling filtered air out while the A/C is blowing its hot air in.....

Also, I'm not sure why you're so attached to that window unit's exhaust setup? Maybe I don't understand the situation correctly, but why wouldn't you just plumb the inline fan to a carbon filter inside the room? Hooking a fan to a thermostatic switch is simple and cheap, then plumb the intake side of the fan into the room up high through a carbon filter and plumb it's exhaust side where you wish. Run another pipe from low on the other side of the room to draw air through an air filter from somewhere below 75 degrees inside the house (basement? Line your crawlspace with plastic? Keep your house stat below 75?) If your fan is big enough for your room, you wont need the window unit at all.

The a/c is portable. Main idea is cleansing the smell from the exhaust before it leaves my closet or escapes my room. So its like this a/c > exhaust to box > carbon filter in box to 179 cfm fan > attic. Thank you!

Geniuses? Hell it's easy...build a sheet metal box to fit the exhaust side of the unit (or pay a local duct shop to...wont cost shit) and cut a round tap into it. Hook pipe to tap and run with it man!

should i for sure use sheed metal? i thought of making it with particle board, would the hight temps in the box create any sort of fire hazard? would i have to find a welder to make this for me?

Nope...go to any place that does residential heating and air (the older-and nastier-looking the shop, the better) take them your measurements (draw the best 3D picture you can), and they'll make it up for you. Make sure the dimensions are big enough so that you can cut in a tap to hook your pipe to. Hell, if you determine your pipe size, they'll even sell you a tap, but it may be cheaper from Home DePOT. I suppose you could make one from wood, but I'm not sure I'd go that route.
