Stealth room idea

Hi, first off i'd like to say that I have tried to do as much research as I could before I just started asking questions...

My Plan:
my grow area is about 1'10''x3'6''x5'(height)
seeds: white widow
soil: fox farm forest ocean
lights:
-400w MH / 400w HPS
or I found these 22w CFLs for really cheap
1750lumens each, i was thinking of doing about 400w worth of lights... so around 18-20.
I was thinking about doing 6 plants.. I was told you should have 1 square foot for each plant... so I would probably be overlapping by an inch or so on some of the plants *Diagram Graph to scale
However when I came up with this plan I didn't realize I had way more head room.

Basically what I would like to know is:
Is this enough space for 6 plants?
Is this enough light for 6 plants?
With the soil I can't really seem to find any guides on when to replace the soil and or if I should just basically be adding nuts every 2 waterings and watch the PH(PH ^ PH down).

OH, and I made a carbon scrubber from 800ML of activated carbon and a bathroom fan. 50CFM. Curious to how much smell that will actually get rid of...

A 400whps would seems like enough light for that size room, but those plants are gonna have to stay pretty short - also perhaps a cooltube will help keep the " hot spot " cooler and less risk of burning the plants. Like your design.

well bending them would keep um down so i say supercrop em and youll get a nice yeild looks really detailed tho man, i just put mine in a put with a lid and fans

I was planning on making the front being able to open on a hinge and then cut the doors off a cupboard and glue them to the front to give it the appearance of being a TV dresser or something.
I have 5 feet of headroom, why would they have to stay short? I kinda f&^#'d the drawing up a little, i made it before measured the height. I was thinking that with 5' I should be able to get the plants to 4'ish? I might even have 5 1/2 feet of headroom ill have to double check.
soil/nuts any suggestions of which nuts to get?
As for the white widow, is this a hard strain to grow for first time? I do have plenty of time and have tried to read up on about what noobs do wrong..ie nute burns/overwatering

you will have to keep in mind you will need room for the light to hang in the room and plan for a foot or more space between light and plants to keep from burning them. you should try do four plants and either lst or scrog them the get the most out of them. the dimensions of your grow room is almost what my grow tent is and my plants only got to around 3 and a half feet and thats with a 250w being able to keep my buds inches away from light. i would also put the intake fans on the bottom of the side so your girls will get the fresh air easier. but thats just what i would do but i mite be wrong

Yea, I have about 5 and a half feet so they should be able to get around 4ish im thinking, about the 4 plants vs 6, i do think that's smarter, maybe 5 :P. I do want some kind of fan blowing on the plants too, I was trying to make it so my intake was the same fan that blows through the plants to "strengthen the plant."
