I'm building a stealth cabinet 2'x3' x 40" tall and would like to divide the area in two vertically and grow bubbleponics/sog method with 250w hps ( with sealed vented light fixtures). What CFM fan would i need to keep the lights cool enough without needing a water cooler, or is this impossible?

It depends on what type of air cooled hood you have for the 250HPS. Most air cooled hoods for the 250HPS should be 4" in & 4" out. I would recommend a 4" inline Fan and attach some 4" ducting to your fan and air cooled hood.

Depending on the size of the room that the light is in depends on how hot it's going to get while the light is on. It might get too hot without any cooling, and you may want to consider putting the exhaust end of the 4" ducting outside or in your attic.

ya I was going to pull the cold air in from the bottom of the cabinet. And I will def be insulating around the water res. Otherwise I was hoping someone has done something like this successfully without the use of a water cooler. I would use cfls but I am planning on trying to harvest every three weeks and three light fixtures of cfl's is was less efficient than MH
