Default cooling question please help???

i have a 12/12ft sealed room with 4 1000 watts 8 inch aircooled reflectors with closed circut air duct, natural gas co2 burner 4 1000watt ballasts and a dehumidifier.. will a 1200btu window ac be enough to keep temps at 75degrees???
