I wired a 100 amp subpanel into my grow room from my main 200 amp subpanel.
I used a 60amp breaker on my main panel and I also used aluminum wire rated for like 90 amps or so... The problem is the 60amp breaker on my main panel keeps trippping and Im only using 2 1000watt lamps and a fan. Not even nearly enough power to trip the 60 amp breaker. Does anybody have any suggestions on why my breaker keeps triping. Maybe I need to check my connections??? Or maybe im using to big of wire from my main to my sub?? Any help would be awesome peace&kindness NK |
