Question intake or outtake

so i just built a grow cab that is 2x2x3. it has 6 23w cfls right now and it gets way too hot in there like 106f. i have one cpu fan on the intake and two for out take.
im gonna get a 4in inline fan to help out. but my question is will it cool down better bringing cool air in or hot air out?
