....I waited three hours and the room got up to 101temp 39 humidity some of the ducing tape came loose from the DIY cooltubes....


.... its been about a hour with lights off and only fans going and its still 86 temp 45 humidity

you need some real fans. the mention no room for a bigger fan, the fan does not need to be located in the room. heres al b fucts diagram.

As a mechanical engineer I am telling you you NEED a larger fan. Screw bgh and any online grow shop. Money is apparently an issue since you are using pc fans... do this... and this is how my setup is.... 1 - 500 cfm fan (8 inch) from lowes. Will run you about 40 bucks. IT is in their HVAC section. If you are running 6" tubing get two 6 to 8 inch adapters. They will run you about 7.50 each. Put the fan BEFORE the light. Most common mistake is putting the fan after the light.
It is mathematically and scientifically proven to actually be better to have the fan Pushing air instead of sucking it through the light. (dont know what happened but my font size changed)

The one 500cfm fan cools my 1000mh just fine. Keeps the room nice and cool.
Dont throw the computer fans away use them to vent the box or room. (depending on how large your set up is) You can push air in and out of the box very easily with the fans. As your grow gets larger, you can upgrade the fans to a larger size.

Thanks for the idea but i am trying to keep everything in the room so you dont know the grow is there

Right on a engineer i would like to become a engineer someday.

I do have a question to ask ........... i just took apart my cooltubes and purchased 2, 122 cfm fans, and i also have 2, 85cfm fans ...... i hooked the cooltubes up so the 85cfm fans are in front blowing on the bulbs and then theres the 122 cfm in the back of the cooltube sucking air out of the cooltubes. two fans per light 207 cfm per light, think that should work for the lights ??
