CO2 usage
My grow room is 10x10x8. I have a 50lb CO2. I've been running my an average of about 1250 ppm. My room is not completely "sealed" in the fact that I am bringing in fresh air as needed to control temps. I'm using the CHHC-1 so that CO2 is not released while the room is being ventilated for cooling.
Running at that ppm my CO2 tank lasted about 3 weeks. Seems kind of short for a 50 lb tank. There are some holes and things that I need to fill and patch but how much CO2 are you using? How large is your room? What ppm are you running? How big is your tank? How long does it last? Are you using a CO2 sensor or is timed release? Is your room completely sealed?
How often is your co2 coming on? I don't have a ppm meter. I just run it every two hours while the lights are on for 30 minutes at about .35 on the regulator. My 20 gal tank has already lasted a month. Those lil regulator knobs are touchy slightest little touch and they turn throwing your setting all out of whack. hydrofarm.com has a co2 calculator if that would help you.

my room is sealed and my 20lb tank lasts a whole grow cycle. (14wks)
it's smaller though. only 3'x6'x6'.
mines 50lb tank only last bout 5 or 6 days my room is 20x30x9 so id say 3 weeks is pretty good. i have the chhc-1 also
