yea u need to change the lights. u can get 2 42w cfls. cool white and warm white. i dont kno if that will be enough to flower but i hear people get mixed results. you can always try and if you dont like the outcome you can always upgrade next time. or you can just get a 250 ballast that work with MH and HPS. that way when flowering time comes you only need to change the bulb. 18/6 MH for veg, 12/12 HPS for flower. but with that you would also have to come up with a solution for venting.

i do not see a point of making a box unless you want to grow more then what you can fit in the cooler and in thaty case i would just use the space you already have and cover it in mylar. hope this helps.

nah i would leave it where it is, but its easier for me to put the box in the corner of my room, and itll b sweet with intake nd outtake fans, we actually have a carbon filter with a fan, so that will hopefully work well.

ill update with more pics as the box gets built.

hey just a quick general question.

can i keep 4 seedlings going with only one 24 watt 6500k cfl?

i can only have one in the makeshift box theyre in right now becuz there is no fan in there so it will b too warm if i get another light, that's why im building my new box, with fan holes, (at the moment the seedlings are in my tv unit lol.)

i only need to keep them in the shitty box for another week and a half, so what im asking is, can i go the next week and a half without adding more lights? like is it sufficient light for four seedlings?

Would that pose any problems for lighting?

hey sorry its been a while, this might be dead, lol, but anyway,

i started lst-ing my plant about three weeks ago, shes going good, little side branches starting to form and grow upward, ive only just reached the side of my pot, now its time to start bending her around it, i have a 45 watt daylight cfl on her atm, waitin til payday to grab another two 65 watters.

will this be enough light to grow her nice and bushy and produce sum nice nugs at harvest?

( obviously ill be switching the spectrums over for flower)

any pictures of the progress? I have a small set up started too , with 4 plants. got one light , probably need more. Just started with clones a few days ago.
