4000 watt grow room with UFO LED in mother room

Hey guys first post on any mj forum. Heres what i plan on doing for my grow room setup which will be contained all in one decent sized bedroom of about 12x15. Any info from experienced people is appreciated. Heres what equipment I plan on getting and how i plan on proceeding with the grow:

(4) 1000 watt Digital MH (veg) (hps) flower
(4) 4x4x7 grow tents for 1000 watt bulbs
(4) horizontal air coolable reflectors
(2) 90 watt tri band UFO LEDS (welthink brand) for mother room
36"x 20"x 62" tent for 4 mother plants to supply clones
36" x 20"x62" tent for drying buds
12,000 btu portable a/c to supply cool air for all intakes
(16) 5 gallon plastic square buckets for EACH 4x4x7 TENT
(20) 1 gallon plastic square pots for seedlings
thermostat, humidistats in all grow tents
8" fan connected to carbon filter for odor control
(3) 8" inline fans for each grow tent (1 exhaust, 1 hood exhaust, 1 intake)
Botinicare Pure Blend Pro grow and bloom
Hygrozyme
rockwool cubes for starting seeds



I plan on starting 20 bubblegum seeds paper towel method, put in rockwool cubes and rooted in a heated grow tray. Transfer to (20) 1 gallon pots and veg for 3 weeks in grow tent #1 under 1000 watt metal halide light. Transfer 16 plants to 5 gallon pots and flower this grow room #1 with hps. The same day I flower I then plan on taking 4 good plants and transferring to the mother room so I can take clones for the other grow rooms. Wait 2 weeks for plants to get bushier to grow more clones then take 16 clones from mother room, place in 5 gallon pots, and veg in grow room #2. This process is going to be repeated for grow rooms # 3, and #4. By the time room #4 is vegged for 2 weeks harvest should be about ready for room #1 to be picked and dried on dry room grow tent. How does this sound for a perpetual harvest? Also all room exhaust will be connected to one another which will all essnitally lead to the carbon filter which exhaust in my bathroom. So If I am reading correctly your going to have 4 grow rooms and then I assume 4 flower rooms? how much room do you have this is going to take a whole house from the sounds of it. Confusing perpetual but sounds good, lets see what happens
