Default First Grow- Any Suggestions on my Setup???

just planted 2 days ago and one plant is popping out and are getting 24 hours sun and fan. Any suggestions on what I should change?

good luck , on my first grow i just adjusted things when and as needed needed, learnt alot, hopefuly my second will be beter

we are running 1 cfl bulb (100 watt) in each each lamp, but i just got 2 splitters so there will be a total of 600 watts from 6 cfls
